The business object consists of three floors: the ground floor where warehouses are located, clean production, office rooms, first floor with offices laboratories and ventilators, and 2nd floor with gas boiler.
DESCRIPTION OF STROJAR INSTALLATIONS
The source of heat in the building is the gas roof boiler. The cooling energy is a refrigerant aggregate powered by electricity and is located on the plot of the object. The heating of individual spaces is based on the following systems:
- radiant heating
- Fanconvector heating
- Air curtains
Ventilation systems are equipped with pressure and suction ventilation systems. KK-1 to KK-10 have been installed, which are divided according to the technical requirements of the building. For the purpose of the 1st phase, the KK-6 marking unit is in operation.
The fire object is protected by a stable sprinkler system.
