The heating in the apartments is carried out as a gas heating system. Gas turbines (gas independent boilers) are installed, radiators as heating elements. Gas flue gases in gas appliances are flushed with flue gas fan in the LAF Sigma chimney. The pipeline network is developed with the PE-Xc pipes in the floor from the boiler to the individual radiators. The ventilation of the housing part of the building is solved naturally through the windows. The sanitary fittings and fittings without the outside windows in the housing part are ventilated by means of the suction fans via the ventilation pipes Which end up on the roof of the building. The sanitary ward enters through the prefabricated lattices at the bottom of the door.
