DESCRIPTION OF BUILDINGS
The residential building is a classically constructed object. The building consists of 60 apartments. In the basement there are garage parking places, on the ground floor there are business premises, storages and garage places. From 1st to 6th floor there are accommodation units.
DESCRIPTION OF STROJAR INSTALLATIONS
The heating in the apartments and the business premises is done as a gas heating. The turbo (independent of the air in the space) is installed gas and radiators as heating elements. Gas leak gas gases in gas appliances are drained by flue gas fan in LAF. Piping the piping network (double pipe system) with PE-Xc pipes in the floor from the boiler to the individual radiators. Ventilation of the housing is solved naturally through the windows. The sanitary fittings, which have no outside windows, are ventilated by means of suction fans through the ventilation pipes ending on the roof of the building. The air in the sanitary space enters through the prefabricated grilles at the bottom of the door. The SPLIT cooling system is installed in the living rooms. The ventilation ventilation is mechanically carried out via a pressure and suction fan. The farm is mechanically ventilated with fans. Two personal electrical elevators (without engine room) are installed in the facility.
