DESCRIPTION OF BUILDINGS
The object-dwelling business object is a classically constructed object. The farm space is located on floors -2, -1. On the ground floor there are 5 business premises in "roh-bau" and living units, while on the other floors there are only residential units. The object has a total of 115 apartments. The entrance to the object is from Vrisnik Street.
DESCRIPTION OF STROJAR INSTALLATIONS
The heating in the apartments is done as a gas heating system. Gas turbines (irradiated in the space) are installed, as well as radiators as heating elements. Gas fired gases in the gas circulating apartment appliances are drained by flue gas fan in the LAF chimney, Quadro version. Piping nets (two-pipe system) with pipes in the floor from the boiler to the dividing cabinets and further to individual radiators. The building is connected to the ST gas pipeline that passes through Vrisnik Street. In front of each entrance, a pressure regulator and a gas valve are installed. The general ventilation of the building is solved through the windows. Ventilation of sanitary facilities without external windows is solved through the ventilation ducts. The ventilation duct is completed above the roof of the building. The air supply to the sanitary ware and the chimney is via the grid compartments located at the bottom of the door. The farm space is ventilated by the ventilation system. The cooling in the apartments is done with "split" units for cooling.
