For the building in question, covering the basic heating and cooling needs is ensured through the VRV system. It also combines outdoor units as a source of heating / cooling power and indoor units for local heating / cooling of individual spaces. A VRV system has been installed in "Heat Recovery". Exterior units are located on the roof of the building. Ventilation system is provided with ventilation of individual spaces. Ventilation systems are built according to technological requirements. For ventilation purposes, a ventilation system with Jet-fan ventilators is installed under the ceiling of the garage and through wall axial Ventilator on the side walls of the garage. The ventilation system is installed in the basement floor shelter. The object is protected by sprinkler installation, partly "wet" part "dry" installation in the garage space. The object is protected from internal and external hydrant network and sprinkler installation.
